Conquering

Common information

Conquering is the main way in the game for getting a developed castle. The alternative of conquering is the Settle march (only in the Worlds where this march is allowed). To be able to conquer a castle, its loyalty has to drop to 0. Lowering of loyalty is made by attacks with Noblemen by the given below schema (For Noblemen to lower the defender's loyalty, they have to survive the battle). If the castle that you attack with Noblemen, is a Capital, even if his loyalty drops to 0, will remain a property of the previous owner.

I. Loyalty and Nobleman method of action.

1. Loyalty

The Loyalty of every castle is 10 000.
The rate of recovery of Loyalty depends on the level of the Order.

Order Level Loyalty
0 125 per ~1 hour
1 300 per ~1 hour
2 450 per ~1 hour
3 600 per ~1 hour

In World 4 there is a paid option that gives the opportunity to restore more loyalty in the castle for 6 hours. There are three levels - for 30 coins, your castle will restore 1% - 10% more loyalty for 6 hours, for 50 coins it will restore 1% - 30% more for 6 hours, and for 70 coins it will restore between 1 and 50% more loyalty, again for 6 hours.

If loyalty of the castle gets lower than 3000, no matter if the castle is capital or not, all the marches sent from this castle will automatically return to protect it. This means that if you send an army somewhere else, for example to patrol, attack or gather and the loyalty falls under 3000, the army will return to the castle immediately (no matter if it has accomplished its mission or not). This does not apply only to the march Transfer. If your army is sent to one of your other castles and the loyalty becomes lower than 3000, that will not affect your army's transfer.

2. Nobleman:

The Noble Legacy can win subjects for you in the opponent’s castle and this way it can help you take over it. The survived noblemen after a battle are calculated. Every nobleman brings down the loyalty by 300-600, but they can’t bring down more than 2000 per battle.

Example:

  • 1 Nobleman - 300-600;
  • 2 Noblemen - 600-1200;
  • 3 Noblemen - 900-1800;
  • 4 Noblemen - 1200-2000;
  • 5 Noblemen - 1500-2000;
  • ...

II. Castles and their conquering:

The maximum number of castles a player can have is 10. When a castle's loyalty becomes 0 then that castle can be conquered by other players. The recovery of the Loyalty is time dependent, meaning that for a given period of time Loyalty increases by a certain amount.

Loyalty can be increased when a castle is attacked with Noblemen and the attacker loses the battle. The gained loyalty is calculated by the above given scheme in point 2.

There is a coefficient that reduces the effect of the Nobleman. This coefficient depends on the level of the Order in defender's castle.

  • 1-st level - 75%
  • 2-nd level - 50%
  • 3-rd level - 25%
