4.Non described cases
The game administration reserves the right to punish by any way that is considered appropriate a player that has broken the rules in a way that is not described.
V.Contributions
Contributions to the XsSoft JSCo Company, no matter if by an SMS or any other way, are in no way to be given back or compensated. When an account is punished for not following the current rules, the game’s staff are not obligated to move the accounts coins to a new one or to compensate the player in any way.
An account that has contributed to the game makes the User a “donor”. That is a completely voluntary act and does not oblige the staff in any way. Every contribution gives the account an amount of coins, that allows the player to use a set of additional options for a period of time. The “donor status” doesn’t in any way give an edge to the player against the other players and also doesn’t give them the right to request compensations of any kind after the staff has punished them for a proven violation of the rules.
VI.The game Team (Staff)
The staff :
VII.Contacts
The only official contact form with the administration of the game is at http://support.nemexia.com. You may contact the team using the game forum http://forum.nemexia.com, where the team is not obliged to be present or to provide answers to users' requests.
VIII.Users
By registering an account they state that they have read these rules and agree with their content, agree to follow the rules and to suffer the punishments if the staff decides they are necessary. They oblige themselves to regularly check for changes in the rules. Not being aware of the rules doesn’t excuse those who have broken them. The users take responsibility for their personal information and are not to present it to any members of the staff – current or former. If such an event has taken place the game’s staff is not responsible.
