Loyal Customers Program

Our team appreciates the time and the means you devote to our game, so we created the program “Loyal customers”. The idea is to give to our regular customers different bonuses and show our gratitude. The bonuses are two – VIP subscription and stars, which could be used for coins purchase and other stuff (see information below).

Defining a players' level

The player gains levels of the loyal customer program based on the amount of coins he purchases. Every level he gains instantly rewards the player and the higher the level of the programme, the bigger the reward gained is.On the 1st day of each month the player will start from 0 level of the program again.

For example:

A player is level 0 in the loyal customer programme and buys a 1000 coins package. He gains enough coins to get to level 2 and instantly receives the rewards for level 1 and level 2 of the programme. Level 1 grants 1 day VIP and 1 star and level 2 grants 2 days VIP and 10 stars. The player instantly receives a total of 3 days VIP membership and 11 stars. On the 1st day of the next month the player will start from 0 level of the programme again.

Levels and bonuses:

  • Level 0

Each player starts from this level, right after registration and gets back to this level on the 1st day of each month.

  • Level 1 - gained after the purchase of at least 1 coin

This level grants the following rewards: - 1 day VIP Subscription - 1 star

  • Level 2 - gained after the purchase of at least 501 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 2 days VIP Subscription - 10 stars

  • Level 3 - gained after the purchase of at least 1001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 3 days VIP Subscription - 15 stars

  • Level 4 - gained after the purchase of at least 2001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 4 days VIP Subscription - 20 stars

  • Level 5 - gained after the purchase of at least 3001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 5 days VIP Subscription - 30 stars

  • Level 6 - gained after the purchase of at least 4501 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 6 days VIP Subscription - 40 stars

  • Level 7 - gained after the purchase of at least 6001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 7 days VIP Subscription - 50 stars

  • Level 8 - gained after the purchase of at least 8001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 8 days VIP Subscription - 60 stars

  • Level 9 - gained after the purchase of at least 10001 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 9 days VIP Subscription - 70 stars

  • Level 10 - gained after the purchase of at least 12501 coins during the month

This level grants the following rewards: - 10 days VIP Subscription - 80 stars

  • Every next level after level 10 requires the purchase of 2500 coins more during the month

Every next level grants the following rewards: - 10 days VIP Subscription - 80 stars

What are stars used for ?

For now the stars could be used for two things:

  • Exchange for coins - each star can be exchanged for coins. The rate is 1 star = 5 coins.
  • Restore Units from the Castle - every player who has lost Units as a Defender in a Battle that happened in the past 48 hours can hire back a portion of the units they lost. The number of Units that can be restored depends on the player's level and the Castle's level. The price of the option differs depending on the player's level.
